Painting
Painting covers the rooms listed on the quote. It is a supporting service, not the company's main offer.
Who this is for
Landlords refreshing a unit, or residents painting before or after a move.
Timeline
Paint needs dry time before furniture or a deep clean. The quote should leave that gap.
What is included
- Paint on the walls named in the quote
- Basic protection of floors and fixtures in those rooms
Checklist
- Which rooms
- Whether paint is supplied
- Whether the room is empty
Optional services
- Post-renovation cleaning after the paint dries
- Ceiling only if it is written into the quote
What affects the quote
Room count, ceiling height, and whether the room is empty. Color changes and repairs are extra when they are not in the scope.
